2026 Rotary Career and Technical Education Scholarship Application for Applicants Attending a Licensure or Certification School

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a verifiable residence in Concord or Penacook
  • Be enrolled (soon to graduate) or have graduated from a high school in Concord or Penacook NH. This includes Concord High School, Merrimack Valley High School, Bishop Brady High School, Concord Christian Academy, Parker Academy, St. Paul’s School
  • Have fully completed a two-year CTE program at the Concord Regional Technical Center
  • Be enrolled or be a recent graduate (within the last five years) of NHTI The New Hampshire Technical Institute

Applicant must be entering or attending one of the following:

  • Professional licensure (EMT, Cosmetologist, Electrician, etc.)
  • Industry valued certificate (American Welding Society, Amazon AWS, etc.)
  • College certificate in a trade-based career (automotive technology, advanced manufacturing, computer science, etc.)
  • College associate’s degree in a trade-based career (HVAC, Orthopedic Tech, etc.)

Applicant must demonstrate financial need.

Applicant may be:

  • a full-time or part-time student
  • a home-schooled student
  • a first-year or returning student

Applicant may re-apply for additional scholarships in subsequent years.

Immediate family members of the Rotary Club of Concord are not eligible.

  • Applications must be fully completed online and include all required materials.
  • All questions must be answered in the fields provided in the form below.
  • No supplemental pages or materials will be accepted.
  • There is no application deadline for the Rotary Career and Technical Education Scholarship and applications are accepted throughout the year.
