Starting in PB 2019 R3 Appeon is releasing it's stand alone compiler as PowerBuilder Compiler. This replaces the previous AutoCompile framework which allows PowerGen to operate on a PC without a PowerBuilder license.
The compiler was reconfigured to use the separate run-time and core DLLs.
An update to PowerGen 11.1 is required to operate with the new PowerBuilder Compiler. Let us know if you'd like a copy.
