A recent upgrade of PowerGen will handle UTF-8 comments in PowerBuilder objects. Previously the encoding was limited to ANSI, HEXASCII or UTF-16.
This will be incorporated into the next PowerGen release. Let me know if you need this now and we'll provide download instructions.
