The initial release of PowerGen for PB 2021, built with VS 2017, would not find the PB 2021 DLLs.
This has been corrected and you can reinstall PowerGen (this will show V12.5.5 for the version).
Again this only effects the version of PowerGen built with VS 2017 that supports PB 2021.
