We are having a problem that a full build of an application under powergen sometimes requires a regenerate of the objects in a pbl through PB (not powergen) to correct. In other words, a regular PowerGen build produces an error that is only corrected by regenerating the object in PB rather than PowerGen, but a PB8.0.3 deploy will produce a good build every time...
Any ideas? I'd prefer something I could stick in a batch file...

Hi Don,
The error is a run-time error, not a build error?
Is it one particular object that is causing the problem? If so can you export it and send it here?
Finally what build of 8.0.3 are you using?
Phil
This problem appears to have returned with PowerGen 6.0.0.21 and PB 8.0.3 build 9918. The build runs without errors, result is a set of ""bad runtime function reference errors"" across multiple applications in completely different places at runtime.
Is there a set of circumstances where PowerGen builds produce ""bad runtime function reference"" when the builds are actually run, but PB-built builds run fine?
There are no reported problems like this. Can you send your PowerGen project file (*.gen) and an output log from a build? Can also check that the library lists in the PowerGen project still matches that in PB?
Regards,
Phil
