Re: Powergen Optimization problem

Hi,

We are using Powergen to build our executables. When it tries to optimize the pbls, it crashes and one of the pbl files size grows to nearly 2GB. This problem occurs when we use automated batch scripts. However if the same is done through powergen gui, it works fine. What could be the issue with this?

Re: Powergen Optimization problem

This is just one PBL that you're having trouble with?  If so could you send the PBL either via the forum or e-mail (philw@ecrane.com).

I can't explain why this would work from the GUI and not the command line.  Are the GUI process and command line processes both running from the same user account?

Regards,

Phil

Re: Powergen Optimization problem

I was able to Optimize the PBL that you sent with no problem.  Are you sure it's the Optimize function that is causing the problem?

Phil
