You can migrate using PowerGen by using the Boostrap Import function.  The basic process (each step using PowerGen for PB V9) is as follows:

1. Export the objects from your PB6.5 application
2. Create an Object List File (OLF).  This will map the objects you just exported to the PBLs they belong in.
3. Move the PB6.5 PBLs to a backup area.
4. Run the Bootstrap Import function referencing the OLF you created in Step 2.  This will create new (PB9) PBLs and re-populate them with the objects from the PB6.5 application.
