I am getting some error in Power Builder version 8.0.3 Build 9704, Using Oracle 9i as back end.
After rebuilding the application, at run time when I hit the particular control button,
which calls another window. At that point we getting the pb80.exe application error.
When we hit the cancel button it bring another error JIT debugging, and my application aborts.

Are you building the application with PowerGen? If so, do you get the same error with PB?
