I converted my powerbuilder 9 application to 10.5, then tried to do a build with powergen. I immediately get an error --- Library '<library path>' failed to open. What could be wrong?
I figued it out...I didn't check the 10.5 version when installing. I see now by doing that it creates a 10.5 version of powergen that I should be running.
I'm not sure I understand the resolution, but am glad it's working for you.
