Is it possible to do a bootstrap import without a PowerGen project but using only an .olf-file?

All the information needed is part of the olf anyway, or am I wrong?

I am asking this because in PowerGen, you first need to open
a project and only after having done this, one is able to do a
boostrap from olf.

Hi Roland,

Currently you do need a PowerGen project to perform most build operations.  In addition to the library list, the project file stores project options that aren't available in the OLF.
