Should 'Get Latest Version' in the PowerBuilder IDE be replaced by a PowerGen Bootstrap (by PBG)? Or should we be running both?

Use the PowerGen's Synchronize function instead of PB's Get Latest Version. GLV is know to be unreliable, depending on the number of objects that have changed.
