Take a look at https://www.advancedinstaller.com/user-guide/exe-setup-file.html. (We are using the Advanced Installer now for packaging installations.) It describes a way of launching the setup program with arguments that will suppress the GUI and supply parameters.
Note especially /exenoui /qn /norestart.
